ARE YOUR TORTILLAS GLUTEN-FREE?
As far as our corn tortillas and chips go: yes. The only ingredients are corn, water, lime. They are naturally gluten-free and made in a dedicated facility. Our flour tortillas use wheat flour and are not gluten-free. Since they are made in a separate building with dedicated equipment, they do not affect the gluten-free-ness of our corn tortillas.

WHEN IS MY ONLINE ORDER ARRIVING?
Order cut-offs are noon each Monday. Orders received after that cutoff will be executed the following week. If you're receiving your order by mail, you should see it arrive by Thursday afternoon for most locations in New England, or else by Friday afternoon for most other locations east of the Rockies.
